• Foundation is the key! At the Groovebox, we teach the base grooves inside each street dance style and educate our students on who created them. Understanding where movement comes from and why they were done a certain way gives intention and attention to the feeling that makes each dance style unique from another.

• Tackle weekly goals + assignments with support from your coach

• Build discipline & a powerful work ethic that helps you in and out of the studio or dance circle.

• The Groovebox also challenges the student to prioritize physical strength training & conditioning.
